Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or with low vision. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidance where practical, and this is an ongoing effort rather than a one-off task.
What we've done
- Alt text on all meaningful images
- Visible focus states and a "skip to content" link on every page
- Minimum 44×44px tap targets on mobile
- Motion and scroll effects are reduced or disabled automatically if your device has "reduce motion" turned on
- Forms and interactive controls (filters, the platter builder) are operable by keyboard alone
Known limitations
Some cinematic scroll effects on the homepage are decorative and are hidden entirely for visitors with reduced-motion preferences enabled, rather than adapted — this is intentional, not an oversight.
